This book has much worth while information from the very start. I have a chronic cough, too easily a bronchial problem. This book taught me why. Now I take the cough drop with the high count of menthol, having learned that it doesn’t just soothe. Combined with the use of a NeiMed thing to flush my nasal passages, I stayed out of trouble this last time and my cough that’s been everpresent is nearly gone completely. If you have occasional or chronic serious trouble, read this. When I had surgery three years ago, the nurse emphasized oxygen so very much, and this book explains why. Breath deep!
