Melissa Taylor’s FAST book took me out of a dark place right after I was diagnosed with Severe Multiple Allergies. This book is very detailed with her experiences and her path past her allergy problems. She also gives a lot of practical advice for things for people with allergies to watch out for.
Melissa is very clear about not giving medical advice. Her ideas on how to make your own recipes from known recipes was very helpful.
I highly recommend this book for anyone diagnosed with allergies.
