Good advice on diet and determining food allergies. Unfortunately, the prefered treatment method of Provocation/Neutralization has zero credibility in the medical community. There is no evidence, based on double blind clinical trials, that the method works.

This book was exactly what I needed to be able to identify that my son was suffering from a severe Dust Mite Allergy that was manifesting itself as lack of focus and over activity. It reaffirmed that allergies can cause behavioural symptoms as well as physcial ones. I can finally feel like I can actively do something to help my son focus and learn in school, not to mention, stop feeling like I’m a bad mother and that it’s my fault that he acts up.
I would recommend this book to any parent with a child who is overactive and lacks focus. It’s full of allergy ‘signs’ which my son had but I never thought was anything including constant dark circles under his eye’s regardless of how much sleep he had.
