Also, I am allregic to cats.. would this medicine help against pet allergies?
Claritin or Alavert. They are once a day doses. Although Benadryl is a good alternative if you can’t afford the others, but you have to take it every 4 to 6 hours.
Benadryl, Claritin D
benadryl
You can check with the pharmacist to pick out which medications are most suitable for you. Here is a breakdown of some of them http://www.allergy-attacks.com/category/…
Tylenol sinus ,I don’t know what you take for cat allergies.
OTC meds — Hands down Benadryl.
They have it in a non drowsy form but it doesn’t work as well for me.
Prescription — Allegra or Zyrtec
Benadryl, Claritin D are 2 of the best…..but almost any of these antihistamines will work. When you go to the store…check the ingredients on name brands and store (generic) brands. Most of the time you can save big bucks by just using a few minutes to check the box labels. Claritin is one of the best…also known as Loratadine 10MG
You might also invest in Flomax….it’s a nasal histamine blocker. You use it every day during the allergy season. It keeps you from having those bad days.
