Are Seasonal Allergies A Disqualification For The Marine Corps?

I get seasonal allergies in spring from pollen.
My eyes water and I sneeze. Is this going to be a problem?
If not, when they send me to combat, will allergy medication be available to me if I need it?

  1. desertvi says:

Allergic Rhinitis is only disqualifying if it cannot be controlled by oral medications.

Won’t be a problem, I had/have the same issues and served 4 years without it being an issue.
It never seemed to bother me while I was in, but then again I was in a whole different part of the country and bouncing all around the world so I don’t think my body ever had time to develop allergies to any certain region lol.
