I have been constantly bloated now for about 10 months and it just wont go down, i know i have an allergy to dairy because it causes sinus problems for me, just wondering about the bloating side, would be great to finally have an answer. I have had all the testing and i am supposedly not celiac or lactose intolerant so i am stumped.

  1. I Love Brendon, Bella & Connalan says:

i used to bloat all the time from milk and yoghurt etc. so i stopped drinking it and lost 10-12 kg in a month, and i now drink this milk called zymmil it has no lactose in it whatsoever and eat very light yoghurts. so yea your not the only one out there sunshine

Bloating generally occurs when you are lactose intolerant and confirm whether you are deficient for the enzyme lactase. If so, go for lactose free dairy products and sure you will feel the ease of your stomach.
