I can't find evidence there is any significant amount of sulfur in paper. If she was truly allergic to sulfur I guess it could be a problem, but there would be other signs of this problem in her daily life. Sounds unlikely. Or you can counter her by saying..."So you can't handle any sort of paper products then?" And you and the rest of your co-workers just chime in every time that she handles anything that is paper related...saying something like..."OMG, so and so, you better watch out we're gonna have to call the paramedics b/c you have a piece of paper in your hand."
