My sister just got a new kitten. I’m having really bad allergies but it will break my sister’s heart to get rid of the kitten. i broke out with little bumps on my face, my nose got stuffed, my eyes got red and itchy, and i sneezed. Please is there any ways to just stop them? without going to the doctor or taking pills everyday… help!

You really need to see a doctor. It doesn’t sound good – sounds like you are highly allergic.
But you can try a few things. Take meds, keep the cat out of your room at all times, wash your hands after petting. And your sister needs to comb daily and wipe the kitten down with distilled drinking water every day.
Also be sure to vacuum several times a week and use HEPA filters in your house & vacuum.

Some good ways to minimize pet allergies:
-Vacuum at least a couple times a week
-Don’t let the kitten in your bedroom. If you do, change your bedding often
-Wash your hands after touching it
-Brush the kitten regularly and dispose of the fur outdoors
Without going to the doctor or taking pills you’re still probably going to have a tough time though. The fact that it made you break out in hives says that you are severely allergic and probably a candidate for allergy shots. These aren’t as bad as they sound, and they can be a lifesaver for allergy-suffers.
At the very least I would encourage you to get an over-the-counter allergy medicine like Zyrtec. Just one pill a day makes a huge difference.

You will need to take allergy meds at least until you’re body starts to get used to the cat. The allergies don’t go away but the symptoms sometimes get less and less over time. I’m allergic to other people’s cats but I can handle mine.
dust and vacuum your room and house regularly. ask your sister to brush the kitten regularly or try the hypoallergetic wipes that are supposed to help cut down on dander.
If you play with the kitten wash your hands afterwards.
For the time being make your room a kitten free zone.
