I just got back from a business trip to Las Vegas. I’ve had swollen sinuses, with a little bit of a runny nose but it’s very itchy and I’ve been sneezing a lot. How do I know if I have a cold or allergies? I don’t have a fever. I usually don’t have allergy problems.
The color of your phlegm. If it’s green or any color then it’s a cold. If it’s clear, it’s allergies.
