How Can I Tell The Difference Between My Allergies, And Me Being Sick?

for some reason or another im always blowing my nose and i cant tell if its becasue im sick or if its allergies and i never know which medicine to take. Can you help?

Generally speaking, if your snot is clear it’s allergies. If your snot is yellowish or greenish, you are probably sick.
It’s just a general guide, not a surefire way to tell. It’s what I go by though.
