Zyrtec works wonders. Can’t cure them, only control them.

You can’t cure allergies, although with some people allergies clear up and don’t come back. This doesn’t happen often, I recommend getting an “allergy-free” dog such as a poodle or if that’s not your cup of tea your mom could talk to a doctor about allergy medications that would be good to control her symptoms. If she is willing to take pills everyday she can still live quite comfortably with a dander producing dog

No cure for allergies, sorry. There’s medication and shots for your Mom. Or you could get a Poodle, they are non-shedding and dander free. A lot of people allergic to pets get them. There are other breeds that you could check into that are like that or a poodle cross, I don’t know right off the top of my head. Labs do have a lot of dander and your Mom would be miserable so if she is up for it try a different breed.

Consider a breed without the dander. I recommend a samoyed. Another one to consider is the portugese water dog.

    You cant “cure” allergies, sorry.
You can take medications to control the allergy symptoms.
