How Long Can I Use Zicam Allergy Relief?

I have seasonal allergies. From late Nov. through March I have problems with cedar and other pollens. I have tried the allergy shots and they help but I still have allergy problems. I have been using Zicam Allergy Relief for about 6 weeks and it has helped a lot. I just need to know if there is a limit to how long I should be able to use it. I would like to keep using it through March but don’t know if that would be a good idea?

As far as I can see from looking at their studies, it is not a drug, and there are no side effects, so as long as it continues to help you, I see no reason that you should stop using it. December & January are months where there are no pollens, but if it helps with other indoor allergies, then continue as March has the Spring tree pollens which makes everyone (practically) run to their doctors for relief.
Good luck on finding a good nasal allergy choice.
