Is There Anything I Can Do To Help My Grandpas Allergies To My Mice?

i just got 2 female pet mice….but my grandpa has allergies to cats and dogs.
I was wondering if there is anything i could do so it won’t be THAT bad for his health? i really want to keep them but if he gets sick i can’t keep them. So please any ideas
Will cleaning their cage every 4 days help?

    The more often you clean their cage the better, because the buildup of dander and urine in the bedding causes the allergies. It is a good thing you got females, males’ urine is more irritating. Make sure they are in a ventilated, but not very cold, room.
