I’m allergic to dogs, but is there any way in the world to lose my allergies and become immune ? If not I think I will commit suicide or something.

Don’t be silly: Committing suicide solves nothing.
There is no sure-fire way to cure any allergy. But some dogs don’t cause the same degree of reaction as others because they don’t shed as much for instance. If you want a dog, look into such a breed. For instance, one of my grandmothers used to have a cockapoo, and that was one very clean little dog.
You also can keep Benedryl on hand, and talk with an allergist about treatments.
    Good luck.

Yes, you could go to an allergist and get desensitization shots. After two years or more, dogs should not bother you.
