Firstly - avoiding them allows your body a chance to recover from previous reactions and when you see the allergist they will get a history from you of how your health has changed in this time without reactions.  So keep a mental record - or note things down if you need to.  Consider things like upset stomach, cramps, sleep, headaches etc
Secondly - constantly challenging your immune system with known allergens may lead to an increased reaction next time - is that really what you want to do?  No I did not think so.
You may be perfectly fine, but something must have caused you to check this out in the first place  - you must have been worried.  So give your body a chance and challenge yourself to see how well you can keep them out of your diet - not easy but I am sure you will be successful.
You are lucky to know what your triggers are and this puts you well on the way to a healthier happier life - good luck.</description>
