It’s unclear what your allergies are. In order to figure out how to treat your problems, you first need to figure out if you have an allergy or an intolerance. I recommend you go see a board certified allergist to get evaluated.
Research on honey shows that it is not effective for seasonal allergies.

If you don’t know what you’re allergic to, you might want to cut out all foods with lots of preservatives and artificial food colorings. As a severe allergy sufferer myself, I know what a pain this can be, but once you identify your allergies it becomes a lot easier! As a child my parents took me to tons of doctors, but none of them could diagnose my exact allergies. I basically had to figure it out on a trial and error basis.
One thing you should definitely consider is an allergy to sulfites. You’d be surprised how many people have this allergy, and it fits your symptoms: itchiness, redness, swelling, etc. While sulfites are present in many foods, such as preserved fruits, wine, and other preserved products, they are also added to bottled water! This is especially dangerous for people with sulfite allergies because unlike candy or wine, bottled water companies usually don’t label their sulfite content. Oftentimes they don’t even label whether or not their water has sulfites.
I made a simple nonprofit website on sulfites in bottled water a few years ago, and I’ve gotten a lot of responses from people with conditions similar to yours. You should definitely consider the possibility that you’re allergic to sulfites– waters like Evian, Dasani, San Pellegrino, and Deerpark all add sulfites to their water for that “fresher” taste.
Feel free to email me at sulfiteallergy@hotmail.com if you have any questions, like what you can/ cannot drink, other specific questions you have concerning your allergies, etc. Also, check out my website at allergysulfiteinwater.com. It’s something I do to spread awareness, and it might answer a lot of your allergy questions.

If you have outdoor allergies (pollen, trees, grass) then one great natural way to help relive your allergies (over time) is to get local honey. You can usually find honey at a local farmers market or possibly the local supermarket. You want to get honey made from a local beehive because it will contain local pollens, but ingesting the honey will build up your immunity to the pollens. Hope it helps!
