What Cold Or Allergy Medicine Is Safe To Take When You Are Pregnant?

I called my ob/gyn yesterday and left a message, but they’re the only ob/gyn in the county so they’re always SUPER busy and if it’s not an emergency they don’t always call you back right away. My nose has been stuffy for about 2 weeks and it’s driving me nuts. I have a generic brand of Tylenol allergy….is that safe? I tried looking it up but I got confused lol
