What Is The Best Allergy Medicine My Allergy Doctor Can Give Me?

I have horrible allergies and nothing seems to work. I blow my nose 24/7 and it ends up bleeding, almost every single day. I’m so tired of this and feeling like poop. I hate those spray thingies, so what are some really good pills I can get to control all my sneezing and misery?

The best thing is to use a Netti Pot to rinse out whatever is irritating your sinuses. I wasn’t a believer until I tried it. You can get them anywhere. And you will see all kinds of strange stuff come out. It will soothe your nose and this way you won’t have to blow so much. This will rinse your sinuses out for you. Just be sure to use Distilled Water at a luke warm temp. And don’t use alot of pressure when rinsing it can cause pain in the ear. I learned this the hard way. The Saline Rinse that comes with the Netti pot is all you need. Also build your immune system up with lots of Vitamin C, this helped me with allergies. I also hate the nose sprays too many side effects. Try the Netti Pot and see if you don’t feel alot better. Also wouldn’t hurt to find out what your allergic too so you can do your best to stay away from them. If all else fails I use Allegra D. Good Luck

you can get an allergy shot, they don’t like to give it very much
because its a steroid but it works great. one shot worked for me
and lasted for about three months
