I think I’m suffering from allergies. I’d like to suplement my diet with some vitamins and/or minerals to help resist allergies.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

  1. Alli B says:

Allergies are signs of a hypersensitive immune system that overreact to irritants in the environment. things like mold, dustmites (most common), pet dander, trees, pollen. Getting your immune system up can help support fewer allergic reactions if they are minor. Therefore Echinacea, and Immuplex are good choices.
However, if you are feeling the constant pain and suffering of allergy syptoms consult your doctor. Surprisingly, you could have a range of allergic or nonllaergic symptoms that you can’t really discern without the proper diagnosis.

Vitamin C helps. Basically any vitamin or supplement that can raise your immune system.

A good quality multivitamin will help.

Immuplex. It’s an immune vitamin. It really works I take it everyday and I havn’t had a cold in 6 months!!! I used to get sick all the time. I also take Echineacia! They both are to help build immune to allergies and what not. I HIGHLY recommend them. They are both mineral supplements
You can take 2 a day of eather one.
If you actually have a cold then take 4 a day. Or 1 every 2 hours as you please
