I have slight asthma and allergies. Coast and Irish Spring make my skin itch, my face turns a slight red, i feel lightheaded, and I sneeze a little. But darn, I want to smell good! I have tryed glycerin soaps and natural soaps and they are terrible at keeping you smelling clean all day.
I need a great soap that will keep my clean all day, smelling good, without harsh chemicals and fragrances that i can buy in a store. Is ivory any good? what about dial?
Ivory is recommended most by dermatologist for those with skin allergies.
try the deodorant produced by the baking power company. The bar is yellow-orange color.
Before deodorants were invented, some people used baking power to get rid of the odor. I’m pretty sure that the deodorant from the baking power company would be more natural and effective.
I like Lever. Just the regular, original scent. It’s gentle on the skin.
Perfumed or strongly scented soaps can be irritating for the skin. If you have sensitive skin, but want to smell good, consider just using an unscented, gentle soap for washing, then use a bit of cologne for the nice smell. That way you aren’t irritating all of your skin just to get that nice smell.
I have allergies as well – and I like to use an organic and natural soap on my skin. I use Klima Deodorant’s soap called “Iceover”. It is very soothing and works incredibly well. I would say it is at least 5 times better than Tom’s of Maine Deodorant soap. It keeps your armpits, feet, etc. smelling like you just got out of the shower – even after like 12 hours!
