Whats The Difference Between Allergies And A Cold?

my nose is like stuffed but when i blow nothing comes out , and its usually and one side and then the side changes …would this be allergies or just a stuffy nose from a cold?

    It could be a start of a cold or sinus condition or it maybe allergies.It could also be a deviated septum.
    The stuffiness is caused by the inflammation of your nasal passages and sinus, there is an advil cold remedy that treats the inflammation, pharmacy should have it.
    Deviated septum needs surgical correction and the symptom you are having as first one side then the other sounds more like your problem.
