I have seasonal allergies. I love being outside but when im outside, I start feeling horrible. My eyes start to water, itchy nose, and sneezing. I would really like to know what is the worst time of day to be outside when you have allergies. Thank you! :D

THE worst time is during the day lol
the suns out and its activating the flowers and pullen and crap
how do i know i havve spring allergys in my eyes ughh
the BEST time is when its raining or at night becuase the suns gone and its not giving the plants and flower and enegry to spring themselves and when it rains it washes all the pullen away

i used to worry like this too but now i have something that might help you like it helped me. most allergies symptoms are caused by bacteria and pollen that build up in your sinus creating mucus and pressure in your head. the best way is to rinse out your nose with a betti neti pot. its a very simple process with NO side effects besides breathing clearly haha.
dont use plastic ones though because the chemicals in the plastic eventually break down and cause more problems. go with ceramic made netis. i have a betti pot and it works wonders. feel better!
