I have sinus-related allergies (sneezing, itchy runny nose). Even though I take daily antihistamin and periodically allergy shots, my allergies always get triggered by the smallest amount of alcohol (white wine, red wine, liqouer)…I’m not a big drinker but love some wine with a nice dinner. What can I do??
