Are Half Chihuahua Half Terrier Dogs Good For People With Allergies?

Are they good with people who generally have allergies to dogs and do they commonly have problems with getting alot of flees? PLEASE ANSWER FAST WITH AS MUCH INFO AS POSSIBLE!
